About the job
Nosso time de Recursos Humanos está em busca de um HRBP Manager para atuar na região de São Paulo/SP.
Para isso, suas principais contribuições serão:
- Alinhamento das práticas de RH com os Objetivos Organizacionais, suportando a efetividade e sustentabilidade dos resultados a longo prazo;
- Gestão Eficaz dos Talentos: Desenvolver e/ou cascatear e implementar estratégias de gestão de talentos para atrair, reter e desenvolver profissionais qualificados que contribuam para o crescimento da Danone;
- Desenvolvimento e colaboração efetiva com a Liderança: investir no desenvolvimento de lideranças, garantindo que os líderes estejam capacitados para conduzir equipes eficazes e alcançar os resultados desejados, além de estabelecer uma parceria eficaz, compreendendo as necessidades da empresa e fornecendo insights estratégicos para a gestão de pessoas.
- Cultura Organizacional Fortalecida: Contribuir para a construção e manutenção de uma cultura organizacional forte e positiva, alinhada aos valores e comportamentos da Danone;
- Engajamento: Desenvolver planos de engajamento e promover ações globais, implementando iniciativas que criem um ambiente de trabalho motivador, inclusivo e produtivo;
- Análise de Dados e métricas: Avaliar a eficácia das práticas de RH com as áreas clientes, identificar tendências e fornecer insights acionáveis para aprimorar as estratégias de gestão de pessoas;
- Gestão de Desempenho/Performance: Acompanhamento e gestão de desempenho dos talentos das áreas, conectando com os objetivos organizacionais e promovendo o desenvolvimento contínuo;
- Adaptação à Mudança Organizacional: Facilitar a adaptação da organização a mudanças, como reestruturações e fusões, assegurando que as práticas de RH apoiem uma transição suave.
About you
- Obrigatória formação superior completa;
- Disponibilidade de viajar uma semana no mês para Poços de Caldas;
- Obrigatório Inglês avançado/fluente;
- Conhecimento sólido das práticas de Business Partner (RH);
- Familiaridade com estratégias de negócio.
