Nesta oportunidade, como Senior Sales Manager - Mid Accounts, você irá: 

Esta posição fornecerá liderança estratégica e operacional para todos os tipos de funções de vendas de campo para atender agressivamente aos objetivos organizacionais, de vendas, receita, retenção e vendas. Lidera a criação e execução de estratégias para maximizar o crescimento atual e futuro de produtos e soluções. Desenha e desenvolve estratégias para aumentar a participação de mercado e expandir os negócios de curto e longo prazo por meio da gestão do segmento. Responsável por liderar outros gestores de pessoas, dependendo da faixa funcional.

Sobre Você  / About You

Para esta posição, buscamos profissionais com as Habilidades & Experiência: 

Graduação completa em Administração de Empresas, Marketing, Economia, Gestão de Negócios ou áreas correlatas. Pós-graduação/MBA completo é fortemente desejado. Inglês avançado é mandatório. Sólida vivência com gestão de equipes comerciais de alta performance; Experiência prévia como líder de vendas em indústrias multinacionais de software, soluções, ERPs. Espírito empreendedor, conduzir sua organização com o senso de dono, buscando novas formas de atuar com clientes e parceiros para desenvolvimento de mercado e atingimento dos objetivos comerciais. Ampla vivência na gestão do processo comercial de soluções ERP, CX, Tax, Comércio Exterior para grandes corporações.
