Job Summary:In this dynamic position, you'll be a crucial link between our technological products and our customers' needs. Based in our São Paulo office, you'll offer expert guidance on applying InterSystems' products, tailoring them to meet specific client demands. You're expected to blend solid technical understanding with exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure our products are an innovative and effective solution. This role involves regular travel throughout Brazil, estimated at around 30% of your time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and demonstrate the effective use of InterSystems' products alongside third-party technologies.
  • Manage and strengthen the technical relationship with clients, excelling in communication and customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Create and present innovative Proofs of Concept (PoCs) to partners and prospects.
  • Lead technical and commercial discussions, demonstrating influence and negotiation skills.
  • Recommend technical architectures and best operational practices, balancing technical expertise with business realities.
  • Install and optimize InterSystems software configurations, offering creative solutions to technical challenges.
  • Act as a mentor and lead in application development, using coaching skills to guide partners and prospects.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying complex applications.
  • Deep technical knowledge in application/database integration and current IT industry trends.
  • Hands-on experience with databases like Caché, Oracle, SQLServer, among others.
  • Exceptional business analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in modern web development, including HTML5, Angular, and design frameworks.
  • Intermediate/Advanced English.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in InterSystems Caché/Ensemble/IRIS technology.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java/J2ee, Python).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in object-oriented programming (C#, C++, Java/J2ee).
  • Knowledge in cloud infrastructures and emerging technologies like Containers and Kubernetes.
  • Leadership abilities and interpersonal skills to manage application development teams.
  • Experience with competing application frameworks and major application servers.
