  • Salário Fixo: R$ 2.100,00/Mês
  • Regime de trabalho: PJ
  • Trabalho 100% Remoto
  • Horário de trabalho: Segunda a Sexta das 9:00 às 18:00 com 1 hora de almoço

Hard Skills

  • Superior completo ou cursando em Administração de Empresas, Publicidade e Propaganda, Marketing e áreas afins.
  • Prospecção de Leads: Capacidade de realizar pesquisas de mercado de forma ágil para identificar potenciais leads, entender o comportamento do consumidor e as tendências do setor, utilizando técnicas de pesquisa, networking e prospecção ativa para gerar leads qualificados.
  • Conhecimento em Ferramentas de Pesquisa: Familiaridade com a ferramenta de pesquisa do Google
  • Conhecimento de Ferramentas de CRM: inclusão e classificação inicial de todos os leads gerados para devidas tratativas do time de vendas.
  • Follow-up: Competência em realizar follow-up através do CRM de todos os Leads gerados.
  • Conhecimento do Produto/Serviço: Compreensão profunda dos produtos ou serviços oferecidos pela empresa.
  • Análise de Dados: Habilidade em analisar métricas de desempenho de geração de leads, como eficácia das abordagens de prospecção e análise da entrega das metas diárias de geração de leads.
  • Colaboração e Trabalho em Equipe: Habilidade em colaborar com a equipe de vendas, compartilhar insights sobre leads qualificados e trabalhar em conjunto para converter oportunidades em negócios fechados.

Responsabilidades

  • Pesquisar e identificar potenciais leads dentro do público-alvo da empresa, usando como principal ferramenta o Google.
  • Utilizar fontes de dados e ferramentas para encontrar informações relevantes sobre os leads.
  • Coletar informações básicas sobre os leads, como nome, cargo, empresa e informações de contato e cadastrá-los no CRM para atuação da equipe de vendas.
  • Encaminhar leads qualificados para a equipe de vendas ou para a próxima etapa do funil de vendas.
  • Acompanhar e analisar métricas relacionadas à geração de leads, como taxa de conversão, tempo de ciclo de vendas e retorno sobre o investimento, para otimizar continuamente as estratégias de geração de leads.
  • Report diário ao Sales Leader e outras partes interessadas. ;
