Lead Generation / Sales Development Representative



Main responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify leads through proactive research across various sources, including social media, databases, events, and other platforms.
  • Utilize persuasive communication techniques to initiate conversations with prospects, introducing the company, its products and services
  • Develop a deep understanding of leads' needs and challenges, conducting inquiries and analyses to qualify their suitability as potential customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team, sharing insights and information about qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all interactions with leads, logging relevant information into CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
  • Participate actively in training and updates about company products and services to enhance sales knowledge and skills.
  • Continuously monitor performance metrics, such as lead conversion rate and average qualification time, and propose improvements in lead generation strategies as necessary.
