Estamos em busca de um Especialista em Desenvolvimento de Vendas (SDR) altamente qualificado para se juntar à nossa equipe dinâmica e impulsionar nosso crescimento ainda mais.


Responsabilidades:

- Gerar leads de alta qualidade através de prospecção ativa, pesquisa online, redes sociais e eventos do setor.

- Qualificar leads com base em critérios específicos, garantindo que apenas oportunidades relevantes sejam passadas para a equipe de vendas.

- Desenvolver e executar estratégias de cadência de vendas, incluindo e-mails, chamadas telefônicas e mensagens de redes sociais, para nutrir leads e agendar reuniões.

- Colaborar de perto com a equipe de marketing para otimizar campanhas de geração de leads e identificar oportunidades de crescimento.

- Manter registros precisos de atividades de vendas e interações com clientes em nosso CRM, garantindo a integridade dos dados.


Requisitos:

- Experiência comprovada em desenvolvimento de vendas, com ênfase em geração de leads e qualificação de prospects.

- Proficiência em técnicas de prospecção e familiaridade com ferramentas de automação de vendas e CRM.

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita, com capacidade de criar mensagens persuasivas e personalizadas.

- Mentalidade orientada para resultados, com habilidade comprovada para atingir e superar metas de vendas.

- Autodisciplina e capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente, com forte motivação para o sucesso.
