What will you do?
Conduct daily reconciliation of cash and positions, ensuring accurate records of all fund transactions; Monitor and review trade settlements, ensuring timely and accurate processing; Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to fund operations; Assist in the preparation and distribution of various fund reports, including NAV calculations, financial statements, and investor statements; Maintain and update fund accounting systems and databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information; Participate in the onboarding of new funds, assisting with the setup and configuration of operational processes and systems; Work closely with portfolio managers, compliance, and legal teams to ensure adherence to fund policies, regulations, and reporting requirements; Assist in the coordination of fund audits and examinations, providing necessary documentation and support; Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to fund administration and operations; Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to ongoing projects to enhance operational efficiency.What are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management roles; Familiarity with the electronic payment industry and payment aggregator business models; Strong communication and negotiation skills; Excellent relationship-building and interpersonal abilities; Analytical mindset and ability to leverage data for decision-making. #VemproInter
