A leading Igaming Business is seeking a skilled Payments Agent to join their international team in a hybrid role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Collect and analyze key information in accordance with regulatory requirements;
• Verify documentation and approve transactions;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer identification or transaction issues;
• Lead shifts and distribute daily tasks to team members;
• Ensure secure and confidential management of sensitive information;
• Maintain compliance with Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and regulations;
• Update customer databases and improve data accuracy;
• Monitor Know Your Customer (KYC) and payment automation processes;
• Generate high-quality reports;
• Participate in cross-departmental projects.

**Requirements:**

• Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends;
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and organizational skills;
• Proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office, including Power BI;
• Strong knowledge of the English language (verbal and written);
• Relevant working experience in a back-office role is an asset.
