Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Investigator Payment Specialist to join our team at Rita's Italian Ice. As a key member of our Investigator Payments Office (IPO), you will be responsible for managing investigator payments for assigned studies, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Management of Investigator Payments: Collect information from various teams and systems, analyze and present data to stakeholders, and ensure compliance with contractual terms.
  • Payment Reconciliation and Analysis: Perform payment reconciliations, complete analysis of budgeted versus actual spend, and develop budgetary forecasts for project teams.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Establish efficient working relationships with internal and external functions, participate in client and project team meetings, and prepare and participate in audits and inspections.
  • Point of Contact for Investigator-Related Queries: Provide timely and accurate responses to investigator-related queries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Requirements
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including clients, project teams, and internal functions.
  • Knowledge of Clinical Trial Pricing and Budgeting Tools: Familiarity with clinical trial pricing and budgeting tools, including the ability to reflect operational changes in these tools.
  • Client-Focused Approach: Strong client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results and excellent customer service.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify issues, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Web-Based IT Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, as well as web-based IT systems.
Education and Experience
  • 2+ Years of Experience in a Relevant Role: Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role, preferably in a multinational company, with a focus on qualitative data entry, data validation, and project management.
  • Degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance, or a related field.
