• Supervise internal and external teams, perform inspection, maintenance, repair and upgrade services on compressors at the Service Center and in the Field, distributing tasks among the members of the client's service group and BCBR

• Supervise and perform the commissioning and start-up of compressors in the field, including acceptance tests

• Perform mechanical adjustment services and assembly/disassembly on compressor subsets at the Service Center and in the field

• Evaluate the client's equipment and general installation, aiming to identify potential improvements to the equipment's operation

• Report field occurrences and provisions, corrective and/or preventive actions taken and/or suggested through field reports, according to company procedures

• Protect the company's image by always appearing in uniform with appropriate PPE and clean work tools in usable condition

• Protect the company's assets made available for use during services, such as computers, tools, PPE and instruments

• Observe and ensure compliance with health and safety aspects Occupational Health and Safety (EOHS) in services in accordance with BC/BCBR rules, the client's rules and current regulations

• Provide technical support to other departments of the company, whenever consulted, collaborating with their technical qualifications and field experience

• Report incidents related to the environment and occupational health and safety to the person responsible for the area and/or Q&EOHS

• Keep the workplace organized and clean

• Ensure the execution of tasks pre-established in the planning and assembly procedures, defined scope, execution deadlines and with the required quality

• Issue the equipment data book and reports relevant to maintenance and as established in BC procedures

• Issue timesheet reports for services, which inform all activities related to the service, referring to the days, times and related activities

• Perform Troubleshooting routines in compression systems, having a multidisciplinary vision and applying technical concepts of analysis and intervention.

Education / experience / languages:

• Secondary technical high school in mechanics
• Experience required: 5 years
• Intermediate English (Reading, interpretation and production of mandatory text)

• Be qualified on BC and OBC reciprocating compressors and compressor valves
• Be qualified in P&I of compression systems
• Possess conceptual knowledge of fluid mechanics and thermodynamics in order to enable dialogue and propositions to engineering when solving problems in compression systems. • Know the company's integrated management system through access to the BC Intranet called BC Elements (Q&EOHS)

• Supervisionar equipe interna e externa e executar os serviços de inspeção, manutenção, reforma e atualização em compressores no Centro de Serviços e no Campo, distribuindo as tarefas entre os integrantes do grupo de serviços do cliente e da BCBR

• Supervisionar e executar o comissionamento e partida de compressores no campo, incluindo os testes de aceitação

• Realizar serviços de ajustagem mecânica e montagens/desmontagens em subconjuntos de compressores no Centro de Serviços e no campo

• Avaliar equipamento e instalação geral do cliente, objetivando a identificação de potenciais melhorias à operação do equipamento

• Reportar as ocorrências de campo e as disposições, as ações corretivas e/ou preventivas tomadas e/ou sugeridas através de relatórios de campo, conforme procedimento da empresa

• Zelar pela imagem da empresa apresentando-se sempre uniformizado com EPIs adequados e ferramentas de trabalho limpas em condições de utilização

• Zelar pelo patrimônio da empresa disponibilizado para uso durante os serviços, tais como computadores, ferramentas, EPI’s e instrumentos

• Observar e assegurar cumprimento aos aspectos de segurança e saúde ocupacional e meio ambiente (EOHS) nos serviços em acordo com as regras da BC/BCBR, do cliente e regulamentação vigente

• Prestar suporte técnico a outros departamentos da empresa, sempre que consultado, colaborando com sua capacitação técnica e experiências de campo

• Comunicar os incidentes referentes a meio ambiente e segurança e saúde ocupacional para o responsável da área e/ou Q&EOHS

• Manter os locais de trabalho organizado e limpo

• Assegurar a execução das tarefas pré-estabelecidas no planejamento e procedimentos de montagem, escopo definidos, prazos de execução e com a qualidade requerida

• Emitir o data book dos equipamentos e relatórios pertinentes a manutenção e conforme estabelecido nos procedimentos BC

• Emitir os relatórios de timesheet dos atendimentos, onde é informado todas as atividades relativas ao atendimento, referente aos dias, horários e as atividades correlacionadas

• Executar rotina de Resolução de Problemas (Trouble shooting) em Sistemas de compressão, tendo uma visão multidisciplinar e aplicando conceitos técnicos de análise e intervenção .

E ducação / Experiência / Idiomas:

• Ensino médio 2º grau técnico em mecânica
• Experiência requerida: 5 anos 
• Inglês intermediário (Leitura, interpretação e produção de texto obrigatório

• Ser habilitado em compressores alternativos BC e OBC e válvulas de compressores
• Ser habilitado em P&I de sistemas de compressão
• Possuir conhecimentos conceituais de mecânica dos fluidos e termodinâmica afim de possibilitar diálogo e proposições á engenharia quando da Resolução de Problemas em sistemas de compressão. • Conhecer sistema de gestão integrado da empresa através do acesso à Intranet da BC chamado de BC Elements (Q&EOHS)
