O SDR será responsável por identificar potenciais clientes, qualificá-los e encaminhá-los para os representantes de vendas. Será responsável também por conduzir pesquisas, iniciar o primeiro contato com os leads e garantir que eles tenham uma experiência positiva com a empresa. Pesquisa e prospecção; Contato inicial; qualificação de leads; agendamento de reuniões; acompanhamento e nurturing; feedback e melhorias.

  • Experiência prévia em vendas, atendimento ao cliente ou funções relacionadas
  • Capacidade de compreender as necessidades dos leads e identificar oportunidades de vendas
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação verbal e escrita
