The Business Intelligence and Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As business intelligence specialists and data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. About the Team:

Responsible for designing, implementing, and leading data governance & literacy initiatives across different Data & Analytics teams to leverage data disciplines maturity, such as data quality, data security, data governance, and data management.

Job Description: Develop and implement a comprehensive data governance strategy aligned with the organization's objectives and needs. Define data governance policies, standards, and guidelines across the organization. Establish an organizational structure for data governance, including clear roles, responsibilities, and processes. Lead the data governance initiatives, providing guidance, training, and skill development. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify data governance requirements and ensure their incorporation into processes and systems. Monitor compliance with data governance policies and processes and take corrective actions when necessary. Conduct audits and periodic reviews to ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations. Develop and implement data lifecycle management practices, including data collection, storage, usage, sharing, and deletion. Establish metrics and key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness of data governance. Stay updated on emerging data governance frameworks, trends, and practices and propose continuous improvements. Requirements: At least 2 years of relevant experience in data governance, management, and quality. Experience in designing and implementing data governance processes and programmes Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into actionable data governance initiatives. Familiarity with Data Analytics processes and tools, as well as big data context In-depth knowledge of data governance frameworks and best practices. Certifications in data governance, such as CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional), are advantageous Written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to present complex data and information clearly and concisely to various audiences, including executives and technical/non-technical leaders. Thrives in a dynamic work environment, able to prioritize tasks by understanding short-term and long-term business goals Have good interpersonal skills and are comfortable in engaging stakeholders from different levels.
