**Como será o seu dia a dia de trabalho?**

Sua principal responsabilidade nesta função será atuar dentro da nossa estrutura de Governança de Dados, auxiliando na definição e implementação políticas, normas, processos e procedimentos de governança alinhados à estratégia da empresa.

**Quais serão as suas responsabilidades?**
- Realizar auditorias de dados para garantir a precisão e integridade dos mesmos.
- Trabalhar em colaboração com os departamentos de TI, finanças e operações para garantir a precisão dos dados em todos os sistemas.
- Criar e manter um dicionário de dados para garantir a consistência em toda a empresa.
- Gerenciar as solicitações de alteração de dados, garantindo a precisão e a integridade dos mesmos.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria em processos e sistemas de governança de dados.
- Fornecer suporte e orientação para a equipe em relação às políticas e procedimentos de governança de dados.
- Preparar relatórios e apresentações sobre a qualidade e integridade dos dados para a alta administração.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria contínua em relação ao uso de dados
- Apoiar na definição e implementação de MDM (master data management)
- Definir o processo da qualidade de dados, suas dimensões, bem como seu desenvolvimento e monitoramento
- Mapear os _Data Stewards e Data Owners_ e apoiá-los na definição de conceitos de negócios
- Elaborar materiais (PPT) para comitês de governança de dados e demais necessidades de report

**O que esperamos que você possua?**
- Graduação em Tecnologia da Informação, Ciência da Computação ou áreas afins
- Experiência anterior em governança de dados
- Experiência em aplicar as definições das funções de Gestão de Dados aderentes a DAMA DMBoK
- Conhecimento em bancos de dados e sistemas de gerenciamento de dados
- Inglês Avançado - irá interagir com área global

**Como você pode se destacar?**
- Certificação em governança de dados CDMP (DAMA) e/ou DGSP
- Desejável experência em Collibra, Ataccama Data Quality e Power ME
