Responsible for the local accounting monthly closing activities, including reporting, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations (end to end) with high quality and following the best practice. Also, responsible for account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations).

Job Description: Work autonomously, being responsible for the reporting, preparing, and reviewing reconciliations (end to end) Account variance analysis for reporting purposes (Month to Month, Year to Year, and explanations) Support daily to AP, AR, and Treasury functions, ensuring efficient and accurate finance processes for all local operations Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements Work autonomously on the preparation of accounting obligations and ancillary declarations (ECD, Censo, Bacen, RDE, etc) Interface with internal and external auditors Bridge Local x US GAAP Work autonomously being responsible for improvements in accounting processes and activities, making them more efficient Assist in ensuring effective internal control procedures and compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements Ability to work in a collaborative team and work in a growing and dynamic environment Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting with active CRC Solid Experience working in the accounting area.  Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Excel Knowledge Advanced English
