Pricing strategy development:

Develop and implement pricing strategies for essential oils, fibers and beverage aromas;

Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and customer demand to adjust pricing strategies accordingly;

Analyze cost structures and recommend pricing adjustments to maximize profitability alligned to the organization goals.

Pricing analysis and management:

Conduct regular pricing analyses and prepare detailed reports for management review;

Maintain pricing databases and ensure accurate pricing information across all system;

Perform profitability comparison and management per category, considering budget constraints.

Collaboration and Communication:

Establish close relationship with the supply chain and production teams to understand cost implications and ensure pricing accuracy;

Collaborate with the operations team and finance to identify and leverage internal opportunities for cost improvements;

Provide pricing support and guidance to the sales team during customer negotiations.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance pricing accuracy and efficiency;

Develop and maintain pricing models and tools to support decision-making with agility and assertiveness.

New Business Projects:

Support new business projects by constructing comprehensive business cases;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new opportunities and develop pricing strategies that align with business objectives.

Competitive total compensation package

Bachelor degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or Economics;

Master degree is a plus;

Proficient in using Business Intelligence tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, SAP), ensuring data-driven decisions aligned with the company's profitability and competitiveness goals;

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions;

Project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines;

Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate pricing strategies and plans to stakeholders;

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions;

Demonstrated curiosity and ability to learn;

Strong leadership and team management skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams;

Proactive and capacity of independent working with team;

Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management principles;

Strong understanding of financial principles and ability to analyze profitability and sales data;

Proficiency in using Pricing software and tools;

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and influence others;

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

This pricing position in a B2B industry requires strong expertise in cost and contribution margin analysis, financial modeling for strategic pricing, and revenue forecasting to assess price impacts on sales.

Continuous analysis of competition and market trends is essential, along with managing financial KPIs like margins and EBITDA.
