Analyzes software for globalization specifications. Documents and communicates the results. Designs software globalization solutions in the form of globalization design documents. Team player and flexible shifts. 4 years of experience in coding/integration with Oracle HCM and general understanding of Human Resources business flows (recruiting and admission, registration changes (personal and assignment), job promotion, salary change, vacation, frequency control, termination) related to the HR routines  At least 8 year experience in coding using Oracle tools and data model of Oracle ERP and HCM  Knowledge of Software Engineering and complete life-cycle product development with focus on quality. Knowledge of Java and J2EE, XML, Web services, SQL, RDBMS, OIC, VBCS, BI Publisher and BICC. Ability to understand business concepts and processes. Capability to work with external teams as third party companies focusing in build integration architecture. Travel availability.

Understand Scrum and other PM methodologies are required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English, Spanish and Portuguese). Ability to work in a global team with attitude of sharing and leveraging others knowledge and skills. Ability to work in flexible times to accommodate works in a global virtual team. Ability to mentor team members. Commitment with product quality and project deliveries.
