DESAFIOS DA POSIÇÃO I PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES
- Recrutamento e Seleção: Conduzir processos de seleção para posições da fábrica, incluindo montagem, usinagem, manutenção, almoxarifado e qualidade.
- Gestão de Avaliação de Desempenho: Acompanhar os processos de avaliação de desempenho para os colaboradores da fábrica, garantindo prazos e análise de performance.
Inclusão e Diversidade: Gerir projetos voltados para PCDs, promovendo melhorias e ampliando iniciativas de inclusão.
Aprendizes e Estagiários: Apoiar nos programas de Aprendizes (SENAI e APAMI) e gestão de estagiários.
Treinamento e Desenvolvimento: Elaborar e acompanhar o plano anual de treinamento, incluindo treinamentos obrigatórios (ex.: NR) e na plataforma LMS.
Apoio à Liderança: Oferecer suporte às lideranças das áreas suportadas, garantindo alinhamento com os valores da empresa, processos internos e externos relacionados à gestão de equipes.
PRINCIPAIS REQUISITOS
Ensino superior completo;
Inglês intermediário;
Experiências anteriores nos subsistemas de recrutamento e seleção, treinamento e desenvolvimento e avaliação de desempenho; .
Experiência em ambientes industriais: Vivência prévia como Business Partner ou similar no setor industrial.
Flexibilidade de horário para atender as demandas da fábrica;
