What the Country Manager will do:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and market share targets. Identify and prioritize target markets, industries, and customers. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback and coaching. Foster a collaborative and results-driven team culture. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to address their challenges. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate new markets. Lead negotiations and close high-value deals. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive lead generation and product adoption. Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management. Utilize CRM tools to manage sales activities and pipeline. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize sales processes.
Experience the Country Manager can bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus. Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably within Mobile, Data or Software industry Deep understanding of the Brazilian market and its dynamics. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in Portuguese and English; additional languages are a plus.-
