This provides farmers with essential data to make optimal and sustainable cultivation decisions, boosting yield, crop quality, and soil health while saving money on inputs. Stenon has closed a $20 million Series A funding round and is expanding internationally.

You will
- Ser responsável por todos os tópicos relacionados a demonstrações de campo, integração de produtos, treinamento técnico e de vendas, manutenção e garantia do sucesso do cliente.
- Extrair e relatar continuamente feedback do produto a partir de visitas aos clientes.
- Apoiar a logística regional.
- Monitorar e aumentar o sucesso do cliente.
- Construir relacionamentos profissionais sólidos com nossos clientes atuais e em potencial.
- Manter uma boa imagem da organização em todos os momentos.
- Apoiar nossos parceiros durante feiras/eventos/dias de campo e apresentar o FarmLab aos agricultores nesses eventos
Ideal Profile
- Bacharelado ou Mestrado em Agronomia ou área relacionada à Agricultura
- Português fluente e Inglês avançado (fala e escrita)
- Uma carteira de habilitação
- Dois anos de experiência trabalhando no setor agrícola no Brasil (preferencialmente no estado do Mato Grosso)
- Um sólido conhecimento da agricultura brasileira e disposição para aprender
- Capacidade de fornecer excelente atendimento ao cliente junto com nosso Gestor de Atendimento ao Cliente e responsável pelas operações no Brasil, bem como aos nossos parceiros
- Boas habilidades de organização pessoal e gerenciamento
- Sensibilidade às diferentes normas culturais (culturas da UE e da América Latina)
- Experiência em CRM (é bom ter)
