Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Technology 1GLOBAL is a global mobile communications provider with a best‑in‑class telecom technology platform. Role Summary As a Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist you will identify and hire top talent globally, collaborate with hiring managers for a smooth recruitment process, and support HR functions and onboarding in our new São Paulo office (Pinheiros). You will also receive onboarding and training in Lisbon, Portugal. Key Responsibilities Source and engage candidates through various channels and manage the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviews, and coordination with hiring managers and department heads. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback. Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in technical recruitment to remain competitive. Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system. Draft offer letters and employment contracts, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws. Manage new hire data in the HR system and support new hires during their first weeks for a seamless onboarding experience. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a technology or global setting. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong understanding of technical and software engineering roles. Excellent organisational and time‑management skills. Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders. Comfortable working in a fast‑paced and dynamic global environment. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools. Experience with ATS and Bamboo HRIS systems is a plus.
