Lifecycle Specialist: Time & Attendance - EMEA (Contract). This is a 1 year fixed term contract. Remote is a fully remote company with global teams and asynchronous work practices.
What This Job Can Offer YouThe Time & Attendance Specialist will play an essential role in ensuring the accurate and efficient management of Time & Attendance activities for Remote's external employees and clients. This individual contributor position emphasizes legal compliance and delivering an exceptional employee experience while maintaining efficient processes. You will report to the Time & Attendance Manager.
What You Bring- Solid operational experience in HR across multiple roles, with a focus on HR generalist responsibilities in handling multiple countries.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations, both local and international, especially those related to time tracking, attendance, and leave management. Familiarity with HR best practices and trends in Time & Attendance management.
- Proven experience in implementing end to end time off and attendance policies based on country regulations within an organisation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex Time & Attendance concepts clearly. Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with employees, clients, and internal teams.
- Strong English writing and verbal communication abilities; proficiency in another language is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, especially in a remote setting.
- Ownership of Time & Attendance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): contribute to developing SOPs, ensuring they are up-to-date, efficient, and compliant with laws and regulations.
- Subject Matter Expertise: provide guidance on Time & Attendance issues for internal and external stakeholders; collaborate with clients and employees to address inquiries.
- Continuous Improvement of Employee Journey: gather feedback from stakeholders and leverage best practices to enhance the employee journey and experience.
- Data Management and Confidentiality: manage employee data, ensure accuracy, security, and confidentiality; support reporting, audit, compliance, and data integrity initiatives.
- Championing Remote's Values: promote Remote's values and contribute to the Lifecycle team's goals.

Base salary range for this full-time position is $26,350 to $59,300. Compensation reflects role, level, location, experience, and market conditions. All compensation changes for internal moves are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
