The Regional Aftermarket Engineer, Specialist will be responsible for driving growth in aftermarket parts sales within a designated regional territory/customer base. They will collaborate with Sales and Commercial Trade teams to develop and execute a growth strategy focused on aftermarket parts sales. This involves internal and external client engagement to promote Flowserve's pump spare parts products, services, and solutions, demonstrating Flowserve's value proposition to establish long-term commercial relationships with clients.Responsibilities:
Obtain equipment installation lists with criticality.Obtain Inventory information of existing parts.Understand market level pricing within region by customer.Collaboarate with Commercial leadership within region to support the development of Aftermarket focused action plans at targeted accounts as part of the Sales Engineer Target Account Plan within FlowForce.Support development of commercial strategy Liaison from field to BOM Database Management Team.Responsible for supporting transactional requirements between customer & Focal point for Customer immediate (non-routine) needs.Facilitate / Update of Customer ERP system.Support resolution of items associated with customer related AM programsResponsible for Metrics of programs at targeted customersBe a resource for other AM Embedded Specialists within region to support key customer initiatives.Support resolution of quality related issues with parts supplied to customersAssist in the development of regional strategic plans related focused on the regional parts business.Provide support and collaboration within both the Sales and Commercial Ops teams.Leverage business systems and market analytics to develop account based targeted growth strategies.Drive the execution and implementation of Parts Programs to promote growth at targeted accounts.And any other assigned tasksRequirements:
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field and 5-7 years relevant experience.5-7 years of experience in the mechanical sector and manufacturing.Advanced English (oral and written)Basic knowledge of pumps, pump parts, and spare parts manufacturing executiAbility to read and interpret drawings.Basic knowledge of the quality inspection process for machined and cast parts.Good communication skills to interact with different levels of customers.Strong technical acumen and analytical thinking.Knowledge of SAP.
