The Solutions Sales Manager – Software Solutions is responsible for driving software solutions sales that are combined and/or complemented by Lenovo ISG hardware offerings. This role owns the software solutions sales strategy for Brazil , playing a critical role in positioning Lenovo as a provider of end-to-end datacenter solutions . Software is a key component of Lenovo’s Datacenter portfolio. To deliver complete and differentiated solutions to customers, Lenovo maintains strong strategic alliances with leading software vendors such as Microsoft, Red Hat, Nutanix, Veeam, Cohesity, Commvault, SUSE , and others. This position will have full ownership of this software portfolio within Lenovo ISG Brazil , working closely with internal teams, partners, and customers. Key Responsibilities Own and execute thesoftware solutions sales strategyfor Lenovo ISG in Brazil Drive revenue growth through the sale of software solutions integrated with Lenovo datacenter hardware Act as atechnical sales leader, supporting complex customer engagements with strong software and datacenter expertise Collaborate closely with sales teams, technical pre-sales, partners, and vendors to develop complete customer solutions Identify customer needs and translate them into scalable, high-value solutions Manage and expand relationships with key software alliance partners Identify and solve complex business and technical challenges by coordinating cross-functional teams Support pipeline development, forecasting, and deal execution Maintain strong knowledge of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies Required Qualifications Skills Proven track record intechnical sales of datacenter solutions, with a strong focus onsoftware solutions Solid experience within thedatacenter, infrastructure, or enterprise IT solutionsspace Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver integrated solutions Advanced English(written and spoken) Ability to work in ahybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex sales cycles Desired Qualifications Red Hat Certifications: Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) and/or Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA) Experience working with software vendors such as Microsoft, Red Hat, Nutanix, Veeam, Cohesity, Commvault, SUSE, or similar Experience selling integrated hardware and software solutions What We Offer Opportunity to lead and shape Lenovo’ssoftware solutions strategyin Brazil Exposure to cutting-edge datacenter technologies and global alliances Collaborative and innovative work environment Hybrid work flexibility Career growth within a global technology leader We are an Equal Opportunity Employer and do not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, color, sex, age, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, status as a veteran, and basis of disability or any federal, state, or local protected class. #J-18808-Ljbffr
