**About the role**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement a CRM strategy for engaging and converting with different customer segments on different steps across CJM
- Oversee customer review platforms and ensure seamless management of customer relationships and communications
- Identify optimal services and solutions for CRM marketing, integrate third-party services, and participate in the development of in-house tools
- Segment and analyze the customer base
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and plan communications
- Plan, monitor, and report performance
**Requirements**:
- Experience in setting up and managing CDP platforms
- Strong Stripo or similar software experience
- Project management skills, experience leading cross-functional teams and handling multiple projects
- Understanding of data collection, reporting, and analytics
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Upper-Intermediate level of English and above
