Your key responsibilities will include: Clients Onboarding: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth experience. Ongoing Support: Regularly check-in with clients to review performance and provide strategic insights. Retention & Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services to help clients scale their businesses. Issue Resolution: Address client concerns promptly and professionally. Training & Education: Educate clients on best practices for using our software. Performance Monitoring: Track client success metrics and offer guidance for improvements. We value teamwork, professionalism, and integrity.
