
Channel Deal Operations Manager

**What you'll do**:
This position is a people manager role reporting to the VP, Customer Success Strategy & Operations.
**Responsibility**
- Be responsible for managing volume loads across the team around team responsibilities
- Lead process improvement and optimization around deal registration process, quote creation process around partner deals
- Support DocuSign field teams in tracking partner deals and maintaining SLA's
- Build and run quality control process to ensure accuracy and timeliness of deal registration, quote creation and order form processes
- Work cross functionally with the business and other operation, finance and accounting teams to meet month end, quarter end, year end deadlines
- Build and maintain a month end, quarter end year end close process that aligns with our accounting team
- Build out the desk procedures of the team to ensure consistency and accuracy across the team and the regions that the team supports
- Support Sales, Account management, Channel Managers and Partner Operations in ensuring the all opportunities meet the SLA's and the policies of the company
- Strive to ensure Opportunities have correct and strictly accurate data quality
- Be responsible for focusing on driving quicker and tighter deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the process
**Job Designation**:
**Hybrid**:
Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

**What you bring**:
**Basic**
- 4+ years of experience working in sales back office roles - quoting, order processing etc.
- 1+ year(s) of experience managing a team of resources in a back office role
- Fluent in English and at least one of (German, French, Spanish) both verbal and written
- Salesforce experience required
- CPQ and Quoting experience
- Understanding of policy, process, systems and tools around Leads and Opportunities and the sales and operational cycles around them
- Experience in operations supporting opportunity management
- BS/BA degree
**Preferred**
- Working understanding of the channel space (Resellers/Distributors/ISV/SI)
- Understanding of the Channel Resell cross functional team structure - Channel Management, Sales, Partner Operations, Revenue Operations.
- Apttus + CPQ + Order Form/Purchase Order experience.
- Understanding of the overall Reseller-Distributor channel business.
- 3+ years of experience working with Deal Registrations, quote creation and management and order processing
