We're seeking a seasoned Senior Full Stack Developer to join our mission to revolutionize the deskless work experience.

Our cutting-edge management platform empowers businesses to streamline operations, from scheduling and time tracking to communication and knowledge sharing.

You'll be part of a talented team that's shaping the future of work, building scalable applications, and pushing the boundaries of technology.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leveraging your expertise in scalable applications, frontend, and backend technologies to drive product development.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and architecture decisions.
  • Designing and developing complex Python applications, ensuring they are clean, efficient, and optimized for performance.
  • Participating in code reviews, implementing automation tests, and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in scalable applications using frontend and backend technologies.
  • 5+ years of Python experience.
  • 3+ years of React experience, including State Management libraries like MobX, Redux.
  • Extensive MongoDB and MySQL expertise at an expert level.
  • Deep expertise in message queues, especially RabbitMQ, for building scalable systems.
  • AWS and Azure experience.
  • Ability to understand architecture decisions and choose the best option.
  • Experience scaling services to millions of users.
