HR Manager Job Description About this Role We are seeking an HR Manager to join our team in LATAM. This role includes assisting with various tasks such as driving HR initiatives, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development, supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams, and organizing company events. The responsibilities include working with the LATAM HR People Partner with employees (conducting regular meetings), identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining a positive atmosphere in the teams, coordinating day-to-day employee life cycle functions, including onboarding, offboarding, adaptation, and orientation programs, developing and implementing different HR initiatives for the LATAM region, closely working with clients or the HR team members from organizing client events, workshops, team buildings etc., working with the LATAM HR People Partner on updating existing presentations as needed, as well as maintaining the HR Notion space up to date. Key Responsibilities: Provide human resources support to LATAM team members and clients. Drive HR initiatives and provide expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. Support managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams. Organize company events and maintain a positive atmosphere in the teams. Coordinate day-to-day employee life cycle functions. Develop and implement different HR initiatives for the LATAM region. Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field. 3 years of human resources experience, preferably in a client-facing role. Advanced level of English. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Experience with HRIS and other applications. Time management skills and ability to complete tasks efficiently. Flexibility and adaptability to changing workload. Emotional intelligence and ability to work in diverse and inclusive environments. Benefits Opportunity to work in a rapidly expanding company.
