Job Description As a key member of our team, the Human Resources Manager plays a vital role in building and scaling HR functions across LATAM countries. This position requires a hands-on approach to provide essential human resources support to our LATAM team members and clients. The Human Resources Manager will execute people initiatives, deliver excellent internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement. Key responsibilities include assisting with various HR tasks such as driving HR initiatives, being a trusted advisor, providing expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development. This position also involves supporting managers in building and optimizing HR functions within their teams and organizing the company's various events. The Human Resources Manager will report to the HR Lead and work collaboratively with other members of our organization. In this role, you will contribute to the company's strategy, attend regular HR team and Company meetings, and work with the LATAM HR People Partner to conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings with employees. You will identify and anticipate conflicts, resolve difficult situations, maintain an overall positive atmosphere in the teams, and coordinate and administer day-to-day employee life cycle functions. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or a related field 3 years of human resources functions experience, client-facing experience Advanced level of English Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, verbal and written communication skills Experience with HRIS, Microsoft Office, Google G-Suite, Notion, and other applications In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for individuals with strong time management skills, the ability to complete tasks efficiently, flexibility, adaptability to changing workload, good emotional intelligence, and the ability to manage multiple assignments and projects simultaneously.
