**We are searching for the best talent for Digital Education JR Specialist to be in São Paulo, Brazil.**
**Purpose**:Responsible for the execution of Digital EdTech development plans in LATAM under an innovation project management model. Mobilizes and evaluates digital education initiatives to increase knowledge about the proper and safe use of products. Support processes of the area so that the innovation route develops in an organized manner in accordance with the company's policies.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Execute the Digital EdTech plan in the region. Analyzes local market trends, implications, and potential benefits of digital solutions for Clinical Education and customer needs using available data and personal/stakeholder knowledge.
- Works to deliver digital clinical education programs designed to teach procedural knowledge, procedural skills, and the safe and effective use of the company's products. Provides training in Digital Solutions to internal and external users.
- Executes education and outreach initiatives of the digital transformation in Clinical Education, including conferences and symposia, health and innovation fairs, and distribution of materials.
- Conduct Digital Marketing presentations and follow-up activities to build awareness and adoption of EdTech technologies. Listen and understand the learner's voice for constructing proposals for improvement.
- Mobilize initiatives for LATAM in Digital EdTech, navigating in the matrix under a complex environment.
- Support the area on organizational issues in accordance with the company's processes and policies.
**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications and requirements**:
- A bachelor´s level degree.
- Total professional experience between 1 to 2 years.
- Intermediate Spanish and English level.
- Knowledge and experience in Digital initiatives.
- Healthcare experience is a plus.
