Job Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager. This position requires a proactive approach to recruit and develop partnerships with local merchandise suppliers, manufacturers, and brands. The successful candidate will assist these partners in establishing their presence on our platform and driving their growth. A key aspect of this role is proposing innovative ideas based on current categories, creating and implementing projects through resource integration and merchant guidance. The selected candidate will conduct industry analysis reports, explore customer needs through data analysis, and adjust strategies accordingly based on market trends. Requirements At least 5 years of operational experience, including brand management or platform operations. Possession of extensive connections and relationships with local seller and vendor networks is preferred. Strong data analysis skills, ability to analyze industry trends, project management through data, and summarize conclusions. Market exploration, marketing innovation capabilities, and guiding overall merchant marketing plans are essential. Excellent problem-solving, self-motivation, strategic thinking, adaptability under pressure, and logistics management during high-demand periods are required.
