THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Backoffice Infrastructure Director to our DOTS team in São Paulo, Brazil . DOTS is developing a scalable solution to enhance Wellhubber’s productivity. Our user-friendly, data-driven products empower business areas with efficiency and measurable results. Our IT Infrastructure team maintains equipment and office infrastructure, while IT Governance manages contracts, vendors, and payments to ensure seamless operations across our technology ecosystem. Your Impact Develop a long-term IT infrastructure strategy to ensure scalable, high-availability systems that meet evolving business needs. Lead the implementation of innovative solutions that optimize the DOTS Operations platform and influence company-wide technology decisions. Guarantee 24/7 environment resilience for uninterrupted access and support for all employees. Who You Are You are a seasoned IT professional with a deep understanding of backoffice infrastructure technologies and solutions, with a proven track record of designing, implementing, and monitoring IT systems that deliver tangible business value. What You Bring To The Table Strategic Vision: Develop and execute long-term IT infrastructure roadmaps aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, availability, and security. Technical Expertise: Lead complex projects from design to deployment, optimizing capacity, automating monitoring, and fine-tuning solutions for peak performance. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience Microsoft Azure AD & IAM: deep expertise in Azure AD architecture, configuration, administration, troubleshooting, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, and integration with Google Workspace. Digital Workspace (Google Workspace): advanced administration, security practices, and integration with other systems, particularly Azure AD. Asset Management: experience in IT asset lifecycles, tracking, procurement, and related tools. License Management: understanding of licensing models and optimization to minimize costs. Vendor Relationship Management: negotiation, vendor SLAs, and performance management. IT Back Office Support Operations (ITSM): ITIL knowledge, incident/problem/change management, service desk practices. Automation & Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Bash; IaC tools like Terraform or Ansible. Security: knowledge of security principles, firewall management, network security, endpoint protection, vulnerability assessment. Compliance & Auditing: familiarity with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC 2; IT audits and risk assessments. Problem-Solving, Hands-On Leadership, IT Support Expertise, Collaboration, Risk Mitigation, Data-Driven Decision Making, Continuous Improvement, Security Advocate. Advanced to fluent English: proven leadership of globally distributed teams. You are a guardian of the company's IT infrastructure vision, communicating clearly with stakeholders and addressing technical debt while driving business success.
