**Responsibilities**
- Support infrastructure activities;
- Computers maintenance and configuration;
- Software installation and maintenance;
- Tickets handling;
- Asset Management.
**Skills and qualifications**
- Attending Technical Education in Information Technology or similar;
- Comfortable reading and writing in English (B1);
- Knowledge and interest in hardware components;
- Desirable knowledge of Google G Suite;
- Desirable knowledge in Cloud Computing, virtualization, networks, data center, automation tasks, and routines;
- Interest in building a career in Infrastructure and Systems;
