Overview

Role

In this role, you will:

- Build and maintain the regional operational resiliency for MasterCard’s network with an emphasis on infrastructure and transaction network technologies
- Reduce Incident Impact/duration and report on the overall health of the network in the region
- Identify and Improve network diversity & resiliency in collaboration with vendors and internal engineering teams.
- Oversee the regulatory relationships within the regional (technology) environment including responding to technical questions from our regulators
- Provide assurance to senior management on the effectiveness of the internal operating environment
- Manage collaborative working relationships with stakeholders at the regional or local level
- Drive regional projects, which include responsibility for planning, time and cost management
- Build and maitain external customer relationships including follow-up of major regional incidents
- Support regional pre-sales activities and new deal infrastructure delivery activities including capacity analysis of large scale projects
- Partner with cross-functional support teams in improving the internal monitoring tools and systems
- Provide dedicated ‘white glove’ support for critical customers

All About You
- Be Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Higher education degree
- Be able to work independently, multitask, set priorities, and have a sharp eye for details
- Be able to work in and adapt to a fast-paced changing environment
- Always look for potential solutions to solve problems
- Be confident and assertive around exec management
- Experience with IT Operations
- Technology awareness, preferably in payment industry
- Previous experience in a similar position preferred
