Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in performing reconciliations, handling documentation, and supporting communications with factoring companies across the U.S.

Responsibilities
  • Perform bank reconciliations by validating received amounts against loads submitted to factoring companies.
  • Execute the daily cash closing routine, ensuring all incoming payments are properly recorded.
  • Prepare and organize supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Manage and maintain documentation related to the factoring process.
  • Communicate with internal teams and external financial partners.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  • Basic level of English.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Initiative and ability to work independently.
