**About the role**
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Assistant to join our finance team. This position plays a key role in performing reconciliations, handling documentation, and supporting communications with factoring companies across the U.S.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform bank reconciliations by validating received amounts against loads submitted to factoring companies.
- Execute the daily cash closing routine, ensuring all incoming payments are properly recorded.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to the factoring process.
- Communicate with internal teams and external financial partners.
**Requisitos**:
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Basic level of English.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
