We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Accounts Receivable Assistant. This position is crucial in performing reconciliations, handling documentation, and supporting communications with factoring companies across the U.S.
This role plays a vital part in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments, and providing exceptional support to internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform bank reconciliations by validating received amounts against loads submitted to factoring companies.
- Execute daily cash closing routines, ensuring all incoming payments are properly recorded.
- Prepare and organize supporting documentation for internal and external audits.
- Manage and maintain documentation related to the factoring process.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external financial partners.
- Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
- Basic level of English proficiency.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Google Workspace tools.
- Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Initiative and ability to work independently.
