User Experience Designer opportunity at a renowned engineering company in the automotive sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative user interface design solutions to satisfy customer requests. This role involves managing the research phase, developing project concepts, and creating emotional presentations that meet the needs of various users. Analysis and constant updating of technologies and design trends to stay ahead in the industry Market analysis and mood board creation to identify key design elements Definition of graphic concepts and style guides to maintain brand consistency The successful candidate will have fluency in English, which is the official language of the project. Italian language skills are also desirable. Experience in the automotive industry and knowledge of user needs are essential requirements for this role. Key Skills: Fluent English Nice to have: Italian Experience in Automotive Fields Knowledge of different types of users Analysis and benchmarking skills Identification of technology to intercept customer requests Software Requirements: Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, After Effects, Blender Microsoft Office package (PPT, Word, Excel, Outlook) Work Arrangement: The candidate can work remotely and must be available for Microsoft Teams meetings during European business hours.
