**Detailed Description**
We're looking for a passionate, talented, creative and organized person to join our team to support lead generation for Brazil at Oracle NetSuite, based in Sao Paulo Brazil.
This position will be focus on digital activities, such as social media performance, digital lead generation, nurturing, working with third party vendors, and to support channel marketing. It is needed to be someone with basic knowledge on social media buy, performance and have experience in B2B market / technology industry. It is needed a high level of English.
The Marketing Specialist** **will work closely with the performance agency allocated in Brazil to track and to follow up on the lead generation campaigns results. Will work closely to all the NetSuite Marketing team globally, regional and with his/her peers to support the demand generation. Identifying targets, value propositions and use cases to drive transformational growth for the LOB.
Will be responsible to create, and review the content, designs, messages for Portuguese campaigns and to request the approvals needed with the different areas. Will also manage the purchase orders related to these campaigns. Request their own resources for the campaign's execution.
The role will be reporting to the NetSuite Marketing Director
**Key Responsabilities**
- Be focused on the Marketing metrics
- Be focused on lead generation results and conversion
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive NetSuite strategy and results
- Plan and execute social organic calendar by month
- Look for new vendors to drive the lead generation for Brazil
- Work closely with the global teams to be aligned with the global NetSuite Marketing
- Campaign Planning connecting all pieces in collaboration with Regional Marketing
- Make sure to accomplish all the corporate alignments in digital campaigns.
- Sales Communications: Work closely with sales to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned to sales objectives.
- Request Purchase orders, compliance approvals, and different operative process required to execute each campaign
- Support channel team with topics related to marketing
- Work closely with the paid search corporate team to guarantee the campaign results for Brazil.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- At least 3 years in Software/Technology marketing or marketing B2B.
- Digital Campaigns, Field, or channel marketing background helpful.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns across teams.
- Must have solid understanding of market segmentation; strategy, planning of modern marketing activities, execution experience of digital campaigns.
- Ability to rapidly learn, internalize and leverage product/campaign information is essential.
- Ideal personality traits - Driven, proactive, creative, team player, enthusiastic, able to work under pressure and results orientated.
- Fast learner, able to understand new technologies and process changes.
- Flexible and able to shift strategies and tactics when required.
- A keen attention to detail is highly preferred.
- Strong organization project management and communication skills are required.
- Expertise in modern marketing best practices.
- Analytical skills.
- Fluent English and basic Spanish (nice to have)
- Ability to work on a cross regional team and with remote management
**Detailed Description and Job Requirements**
As a member of the global Channel Marketing organization, establish joint marketing plans with partners and identify effective distribution channels to promote Oracle's products, services, and business programs in support of Corporate objectives. Drive delivery of the Oracle message and monitor business results of e-marketing by acting as an integration point for all marketing initiatives within your product or geography.
Manage advertising / public relations and communication activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control; as defined and communicated by senior Marketing management. Assist subordinates to meet business targets and best practice solutions. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Working alongside more senior staff and management provide budget input for channel marketing projects and activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management
