BUSINESS UNIT POSITION

We are looking for a Hotel Experience Manager to join our Hotel Success Management team in Brazil. This team is responsible for operational delivery towards our hotel partners, both inbound and outbound, driving the enablement of the HRS 5S Framework and optimizing hotel performance.

You will act as a strategic consultant for our hotel partners, supporting onboarding, training, and ongoing optimization. Your focus will be on both the strategic and operational levels, ensuring hotels meet key performance indicators and maintain high-quality standards in content, rates, and availability.

CHALLENGE
  • Serve as the daily operational interface for HRS hotel partners across Brazil, providing exceptional support and guidance.
  • Lead technical onboarding and training of new hotel partners to enable a seamless and fast go-to-market process.
  • Support hotel partners through sign-up processes, labeling, classification, Corporate RFPs, and CCR procurement.
  • Proactively consult hotels to increase market share by driving activities along the HRS 5S Framework, including pricing, availability, and VPAY solution training.
  • Manage inbound support requests related to HRS LaaS Solutions and general administration.
