Overview

A leading AI-driven company is hiring Portuguese-language analysts to enhance and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs). We are seeking candidates with strong analytical skills and excellent Portuguese comprehension to read, summarize, and validate large content. This role will allow you to contribute to the development of cutting-edge AI models, helping to shape the future of AI-driven analytics.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Analyze content and create scenarios that improve LLM models. Provide accurate answers and detailed explanations in Portuguese to help the models learn and improve.
  • Develop examples and tasks to guide model training, including evaluating responses and ensuring clarity and correctness in Portuguese.
Examples of Tasks
  • Example 1: Who is the best tennis player in the world?
  • Hint: Consider the definition of "best" and consider all genders.
  • Example 2: A postman delivers mail to two out of four neighborhoods each day: Oak, Pine, Maple, and Elm. If he delivers to Oak and Elm on the first day, and can’t deliver to Elm two days in a row, which neighborhoods does he deliver to on the second day?
Requirements
  • Portuguese Proficiency: Excellent reading and writing comprehension in Portuguese.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Feedback Skills: Ability to provide constructive feedback and detailed annotations.
  • Creative Thinking: Ability to think creatively and laterally.
  • Independence: Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Commitment: Flexible schedule with a required 4-hour overlap with PST / PT.
  • Technical Setup: Desktop / Laptop with a reliable internet connection.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Literature, Journalism, Communications, Arts, Statistics, or related fields, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in writing, editing, translation, analysis, or research is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Portuguese is required.
  • Familiarity with Excel and Google Suite is a plus.

Selection Process

  • If you clear the assessment, you will be contacted for contract assignments with expected start dates, durations, and end dates.
  • Some contract assignments require fixed weekly hours, averaging 20 / 30 / 40 hours per week for the duration of the contract assignment.
