Atividades:
- Construir e manter relacionamentos sólidos com os consultores, para entender suas necessidades e objetivos;
- Fornecer suporte durante todo o processo;
- Servir como ponto de contato principal para os consultores, abordando dúvidas e preocupações durante o engajamento de consultoria;
- Monitorar a satisfação do consultor e identificar oportunidades de melhoria;
Habilidades:
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicação interpessoal;
- Forte capacidade de organização e gerenciamento de tempo;
- Habilidade para trabalhar efetivamente tanto de forma independente quanto em equipe;
