International company is looking for a Customer Service Executive with a total focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience.
Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil
What we are looking for
- Education: High school diploma

- Fluent spoken English is a must (daily conversations and interview in English)

- Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience improvement
- Experience in logistics and supply chain

KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION
- The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the overall customer experience.
- Respond to customer inquiries via channels such as phone, email, and chat.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring effective and satisfactory resolution.
- Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain up-to-date order information and order tracking.
- Assist customers with relevant product and service information.
- Work with operations team to resolve logistical issues.
- Generate customer satisfaction reports and feedback.
- Contribute to the process of continuous improvement in customer service.
- Facilitate communication between the customer and other departments as needed.
- Stay abreast of company policies and service standards.
- All activities associated with the position.
