International company is looking for a Customer Service Executive with a total focus on customer satisfaction and customer experience.

Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil

What we are looking for

  • Education: High school diploma
  • Idioms:
  • Native Portuguese
  • Fluent spoken English is a must (daily conversations and interview in English)
  • Other languages preferred
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2 years experience in customer satisfaction and customer experience improvement
  • Experience in logistics and supply chain
  • Customer satisfaction techniques
  • Advanced Excel
  • CRM Management

KEY FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION

  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction and improving the overall customer experience.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via channels such as phone, email, and chat.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring effective and satisfactory resolution.
  • Record customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain up-to-date order information and order tracking.
  • Assist customers with relevant product and service information.
  • Work with operations team to resolve logistical issues.
  • Generate customer satisfaction reports and feedback.
  • Contribute to the process of continuous improvement in customer service.
  • Facilitate communication between the customer and other departments as needed.
  • Stay abreast of company policies and service standards.
  • All activities associated with the position.
