Overview Partner Marketing Associate - LATAM at Wellhub We are hiring a Partner Marketing Associate to our Marketing team in São Paulo. This role focuses on driving the fitness and wellness partner network across LATAM, with the main responsibility of developing and deploying the marketing strategy for Spanish-speaking countries (MX, CL, AR). The role involves promoting the Partner Value Proposition through sales materials and campaigns, coordinating with cross-functional marketing teams for partner launches and promotions, and helping manage industry events. Your Impact Implement the Partner Value Prop: develop compelling sales materials such as one pagers, case studies, presentations, and videos to attract and engage Wishlist partners Support market positioning: identify and implement key media opportunities to present Wellhub effectively to the fitness and wellness industry Own the GTM strategy for new Partner launches: design and implement go-to-market strategies to drive partner awareness and growth with parallel marketing teams when launching new partners Performance and budget tracking: measure and report on the success of activities using KPIs like user growth, lead generation and campaign performance data Oversee vendor and contract governance for marketing activations across LATAM Budget tracking across SS LatAm projects and deliverables Create meaningful relationships with Spanish-speaking partners and fitness associations Collaborate cross-functionally: align marketing efforts with business objectives and foster a collaborative environment Lead the SSLatAm Fitness influencer program to build advocacy and brand awareness within partners Live the mission: promote wellbeing in the workplace and support colleagues in achieving work-life wellness Who You Are Native or fluent in Spanish with experience in the SS LATAM market Fluent English – essential for global collaboration at Wellhub Marketing expertise: 3+ years in partner marketing, B2B marketing or digital marketing with cross-functional collaboration and project management Excellent communication: ability to clearly communicate goals, campaigns, and strategies to partners and internal teams Interpersonal skills and relationship management: nurture long-term partnerships and build trust Project and time management: manage timelines and expectations across multiple partners and campaigns Adaptability: navigate change in market dynamics and internal realignments Cross-functional collaboration: ability to work with marketing and partnerships teams What We Offer You Flexible benefits program with customization options Wellhub: Free Gold+ membership with access to gyms, digital fitness programs, and wellness resources; add up to three family members WELLZ: Emotional wellbeing program with therapy sessions and on-demand content Healthcare: Health, dental, and life insurance Flexible work: Hybrid and remote options; home office reimbursement Flexible schedule: Choose schedules aligned with time zones and team needs Paid time off: Vacations after 6 months and additional days off per year plus birthday leave Paid parental leave: 100% paid leave for new parents with ramp-back options Career growth: Development resources and internal opportunities Culture: Collaborative environment with open communication and diverse perspectives Social: Follow us on Instagram @lifeatwellhub and LinkedIn Diversity, Equity, and Belonging Wellhub is committed to an inclusive workplace.
