From taking products to the market, to boosting productivity with the right technology and processes, the work we do is improving the way people work.**About this Position**Bring IT is looking for a hardworking and eager to learn Sales Operations Analyst to join our growing teamYour job will be to provide support to the rest of the sales organization in the company, to ensure that the company’s standard sales processes are being executed across the different business units and sales representatives. You will interact across all levels of the organization to report sales metrics, maintain sales activity in the proper systems, and ensure ongoing sales operations are being met under proper SLAs.**Key Responsibilities**:- Work with Sales Team to ensure Customer Relationship Management system is consistently up to date.- Suggests and supports implementation of continuous improvements in the company´s sales process.- Supports sales team on sales cycle as needed: attending prospecting meetings, sales documentation, pricing, contract management.- Owns company reporting to stakeholder groups in the organization (sales, administration, operation business units, finance) on sales related activities and metrics- Supports lead generation activities: Marketing Campaigns, Events, and other Lead Sourcing efforts such as Phone Calling and Active Investigations.**Key Requirements**- Excellent communication, attitude, and relationship skills.- Fluent English is a must.- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office: Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Sharepoint- Eager to learn and grow within the organization.- Previous experience in sales support functions is preferable.- Previous experience in software and/or services industries is preferable.- Knowledge in NetSuite or other CRM systems is a plus.- Ability to travel is a preferred.**#BRINGIT=YOU**We create and foster a diverse, inclusive, and harassment-free workplace where everyone can achieve their full potential.
