**Position Responsibilities**:
- Supports developing and nurturing relationships and partnerships with leadership, customers, stakeholders and peers, including outside agencies.
- Collects, organizes and provides data according to established processes within the management system to maintain status of programs, customer and supplier commitments and compliance.
- Acts as primary focal for engineering with new hires during first weeks of employment and partners with HR and other business groups.
- Act as focal for various initiatives and projects within engineering.
- Will use a combination of reports, spreadsheets, graphs and other visual aids to complete
- Participates in documenting processes and procedures.
- Compiles data and posts information to various electronic information systems as needed.
- Monitors tracks and records data activity to provide visibility.
- Assists in compiling data from various sources.

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:
- Experience working various projects or initiatives that are imperative to the Engineering departments success
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint to analyze and present complex data in easily understandable and actionable formats
- An analytical and methodical mindset with strong attention to detail is required; as problem-solving ability & an excessive degree of comfort with navigating and resolving ambiguous issue
- Strong presentation skills
- Proficient in both verbal and written English skills
- Must be legally able to work in Brazil.
**Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience)**:
- Bachelor´s degree or higher from accredited educational institution;
- Experience with supporting engineering or other technical departments
