Boeing Brazil is seeking an Associate Business Support Services Specialist, reporting to the Business Support Manager, working out of the Sao Jose dos Campos, Brazil, office.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supports operations management and compliance, Business Support services and traveler assistance for multiple delegated business activities such as Enterprise Services, Site Services, Finance & Business, Security & Fire Protection and Supplier Management.
- Supports HR processes for international local hire employees and aids international assignee with routine issues (i.e. relocation services) or concerns.
- Coordinates facilities operations and administration, non-real-property project administration, property administration and facilities provisioning.
- Performs routing recurring accounting, invoicing, cost analysis, tax or other business objectives through collecting, processing and distributing cost or financial data.
- Participates in documenting business processes and procedures for the purpose of safeguarding people, property, information and the environment while demonstrating understanding of policies and compliance standards.
- Compiles data and posts information to various electronic information systems as needed.
- Monitors tracks and records data activity to provide visibility.
- Assists in compiling data from various sources.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Must have existing rights to work in Brazil
- Relevant experience as a Facilities Analyst and/or Finance Analyst
- Fluent in both written and verbal English
Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
- Experience coordinating and processing invoices and payments through multiple online payment tools, reconciling payments
- Post-secondary education
- Oracle experience is a plus
- Experience using Concur travel/expense software or similar
- Brazilian Tax regulations knowledge
