**A Hybrid working model**

**What does **a Quality Assurance Lead **do at Hogarth?**
The Quality Assurance (QA) Lead will oversee the activity of the quality assurance department and staff, developing, implementing, and maintaining a system of quality and reliability testing for the Hogarth's products and/or development processes.
**Key Areas of Responsibility**
**Supervisory Responsibilities**:
- Hires and trains quality assurance staff.
- Oversees the daily workflow and schedules of the department.
- Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with Hogarth policy.
**Duties/Responsibilities**:
- Develops, implements, and manages processes to ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, and reliability prior to delivery.
- Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for products.
- Communicates quality standards and parameters to QA team, Development team, and other appropriate staff.
- Coordinates product testing processes.
- Participates/Coordinates product testing.
- Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues.
- Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
- Leads P&D related initiatives towards automation and AI utilization in testing routines.
- Report & contribute ways-of-work, tools and processes within the global QA Tribe and leadership.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
**Reporting lines and key stakeholders**
This role reports to the Technology Director.
You will work closely with the global QA lead and delivery teams.
The QA Lead sits on the leadership team, covering BRAZIL offices, The QA Lead is accountable for all of the QA analysts team members based across the Brazil Office.
**Requirements**:
**Technical Skills**
- Fluency in English language.
- Proficient with testing & administrative tools, such as: Jira, GitHub, XRay, TestRail, Browser Stack, Percy, Jenkins, Selenium, Autify, among others.
- BSc/BA in business, engineering, or a similar field.
- Certification of QC is an advantage.
- Three-to-five years of experience as a QA manager or other relevant role.
- Complete knowledge of methodologies of QA.
- Data analysis and statistical skills.
- MS Office and database skills.
