Executar e monitorar jobs, JCLs, execuções, amarrações e tratamento de abends;
Realizar correções emsistemas legados garantindo a rastreabilidade via ServiceNow;
Apoiar processos de change management, incluindo planejamento e execução de deploys em ambientes de homologação e produção;
Interagir como Product Owner e equipes de negócio para esclarecer demandas e priorizações;
Participar dos rituais ágeis (dailies, weeklies, reviews, retrospectivas);
Contribuir para a melhoria contínua dos processos de sustentação e para a capacitação do time. Requisitos Técnicos Obrigatórios: Experiência sólida em Mainframe (z/OS) com COBOL, DB2, JCL, CICS, VSAM, Control-M;
Atuação comprovada emsustentação de ambientes críticos e de alta volumetria de incidentes;
Vivência em ferramentas ITSM (ServiceNow), gestão de incidentes e SLAs;
Experiência em metodologias ágeis (Scrum/Kanban). Diferencial: Conhecimento em integração de sistemas Mainframe com APIs e SQL Server;
Experiência em processos de deploy e pipelines automatizados (ex.: Azure DevOps, Jenkins). Remoto (com possibilidade de reuniões presenciais pontuais - Curitiba/PR - ). CLT Benefícios: Vale Refeição - Cartão Swille
