**Description and Requirements**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for supporting the Learning and Development area in Brazil through:
- Control and monitoring of global and local training programs in the system and in Excel;
- Fill and control of the scholarship program of the units;
- Work closely with the HRP´s in order to offer available learning solutions for specific employees´ needs linked to their individual development plan;
- Participate in meetings with the global Learning and Development team to keep actions in Brazil in line with global guidelines,
- Responsible for creating and delivering content for soft skill/leadership training as needed
**Mandatory Requirements**:
- Advanced English
- Completed Bachelors Degree;
- Professional experience of up to 3 years with T&D;
- Excel intermediate - advanced
- Good communication.
